Josh Duron

Drums –

Joshua Duron is a musician/actor/composer who has been entertaining professionally in Los Angeles for more than 20 years, having played with influential Latin rock groups BLUES EXPERIMENT, CALAVERA, QUINTO SOL and QUETZAL.

Earning his B.A at UCLA in Ethnomusicology with jazz studies as his focus, Josh had the good fortune to study with jazz greats Kenny Burrell, Bobby Rodriguez and the late Sherman Ferguson, and has been lucky enough to have worked with artists such as Ry Cooder, Zack de La Rocha, Lalo Schifrin and American theater/ and opera director Peter Sellers.

Over the years, Josh has shared the stage with James Brown, The Wailers, Lalo Guerrero, Ozomatli, to name just a few. As an actor he has been in over 12 stage productions in the past 3 years, including; “Don’t Talk About it, Spit about It”, “Light in the Darkness,” “Trio Los Machos.”
